About Silver Leaf Advocacy

Seth currently serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in  the Marine Corps Reserves.  He spent 10 years active duty with 3  deployments overseas.  He has been in the Reserves for the past 13  years.  Seth understands active-duty life, reserve life and combat duty all from direct experience.   

Seth has also served as a Veteran Service  Representative with the Veterans Benefit Administration. This experience  gave him firsthand knowledge about how the VA thinks and how to best  address claims in a way the VA will understand the point  at issue with the claim and the evidence presented to grant the claim. 

Seth worked at Berry Law for 7 years before  becoming an accredited agent and starting Silver Leaf Advocacy.  In  2024, Seth’s work resulted in over 4 million dollars in retroactive  payments back to veterans whose claims were denied.   Seth  has won multiple 6 figure cases resulting in some retros even eclipsing  $250,000 per case.  Seth received numerous video and written  testimonials for his hard work and dedication.
